Getting to Know Haiyan Sun:
Haiyan Sun is a visiting scholar in Trail lab. She comes from China and is a research associate at Jiangsu Academy of Agriculture Sciences. Her research is focused on the geographic distribution of trichothecene chemotypes of the Fusarium graminearum in wheat in China, wheat cultivars resistance identification, the control efficacy of fungicides to Fusarium head blight, the resistance mechanisms of the fungicides. In Trail lab, Haiyan is focus on the function of spore release in fungi.
